All reservations need to be made 24 hours or more in advance. We have several options for making a reservation.

Your driver will meet you at baggage claim with your name on a "meet and greet" sign.

Your driver will hail a Sky-Cap if you require assistance with your luggage, then take you straight to your hotel or other specified location.

If it fits in your trunk it will fit in ours - Anything that will not fit inside a standard Lincoln Town Car trunk must be transported by other means at the customer's expense. Safety standards do not permit us to drive with an open trunk or place luggage within the passengers compartment!

Note:
If your plane is arriving late at an airport, RELAX! We will be tracking your flight! No extra charge will be added for late arrivals! If you request a vehicle at a specific time while in the Orlando area and you do not notify us of a change and you are more than 20 minutes late, an additional hour will be added to the cost of your Transfer! If you exceed the hour, your Transfer will be changed to a 3-Hour Charter to save you money!

Regarding any Reservation!
Any cancellation notice must be made at least 48 hours prior to "Flight Arrival Time" or you will be charged 50% of the rate quoted! Any "NO SHOW" will be charged the full fare!
